Internal data from Lands of America lists more than $2 billion in land for sale in Wyoming. This represents a total of 972,782 acres of land for sale in the state (accounting for roughly two percent of the state's land area). Of the 23 counties in the state, Park County had the most land and farms for sale. The most expensive property listed for sale in Wyoming on Lands of America recently was $30 million, while the average price of land, homesites and other rural acreage for sale in Wyoming was $2 million. There were 117 acres of sold land in Wyoming recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $2 million. Park County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
