MWW began in 1998 with Clifton M. Berglee, DVM and two partners serving Montana and northern Wyoming. Now known as Montana-Wyoming West we are licensed in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota with real estate agents servicing residential, small acreages, businesses, investments, recreation properties, farms, and large scenic or production ranches.

Montana-Wyoming West agents families have been in Montana for generations. Great grandparents owned land in the Territory of Montana. Great Grandparents homesteaded here and our grandparents and parents were born here. Agents have run their cattle in 20 counties of Montana and in three neighboring states. Other agents have built homes, and ran businesses. Several of our agents are recent imports, with added appreciation of this magnificent place we all call home.

Although our grandparents cross country skied for the mail, and hunted for the table they have given us the luxury to work, ski, fish, hunt, and explore the extreme corners of our great state. We would love to share them with you.
